Forklift Operator (LF / LO)

Role Overview

The Forklift Operator (LF/LO) is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts to move, load, unload, and store goods within the warehouse. This role involves shift work and requires adherence to workplace safety procedures and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate LF and/or LO licensed forklifts safely and efficiently
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets
• Put away stock into racking locations using RF scanners
• Pick and stage orders for dispatch
• Conduct daily forklift safety checks and report faults
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required
• Follow WHS policies and safe work practices at all times

Essential Requirements

• Valid LF and/or LO forklift licence (essential)
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kg
• Strong safety awareness and reliability
